Horrible experience overall with E-man computer. I had a problem with my laptop hard drive and brought it in for them to swap out the hard drive. After 7 days they replaced the hard drive and I had the laptop back at home. The laptop booted one time off the new (used) hard drive so I called back because they said I had a 30 day warrantee on the used hard drive. Erick tried pushing the blame on me even though it was obvious that the drive he had installed was bad. He later called me back confirming the hard drive they put in was bad and that sometimes that happens because they have a lot of "bad" parts sitting around. Why not QC a used hard drive before putting it into someone's machine? He then stated I would have to pay MORE for them to put in a NEW hard drive. After waiting another WEEK for them to put in a new hard drive, he said it must be a problem with the motherboard controller to the hard drive because he couldn't install windows on the new drive. Erick stated I could get my laptop back (With no harddrives) and I would only get a $40 refund on the original USED harddrive they put in. I purchased a new harddrive off of Amazon and installed Windows with no issues and the laptop is running good as new. Never received my refund for the bad drive they put into my laptop. Don't waste your time or money here when you can watch a YouTube video and do...
Read moreI had an issue with my MSI laptop keyboard. At first, I went to Best Buy and they didn't do much in helping me out. I decided to try a more local computer repair. I looked up E-Man Computer Repair and they got good reviews. I explained the situation of the laptop and they took it in. The pricing was very fair and everything was done promptly. The explanation of what was wrong with my keyboard was explained last in the detail. I had to get the part order, but once it was repaired my laptop runs smoothly (like new!). I highly recommend this establishment to anyone that needs any repairs. They are very talented and experts in their field. I will come back to conduct...
Read moreI wanted to replace the battery and casing of my 2004 5th Generation iPod Video. Though it was still working, the screen was cracked, and the battery was too old. I arrived at the store around 6:45 pm, knowing they closed at 7 pm, so I expected it might take a couple of days to fix. Adam, however, was incredibly helpful. He stayed past closing time to replace both the battery and casing. His professionalism and customer service were exceptional. Now, with the new screen, casing, and battery, it looks brand new. This work requires a lot of patience, especially with the delicate ribbon cables. Thank you! Great pricing and Great...
