I was supposed to have an ultrasound of my abdomen today. My appointment was scheduled for 3:45pm. Keep in mind you can’t eat or drink anything all day. My GPS kept taking me to a location close by so I drove around the parking lot for 15 minutes trying to find the correct entrance. By the time I signed in it was 3:58pm I realize I was late but not even 15 minutes and there was a reason I don’t just show up late to appointments. I also did my e check in online so I could get there at 3:45 instead of 3:30. When I finally reached the desk the woman said I have to call them and see if they’ll even see you today. So she proceeds to call radiology and say so apparently your 3:45 is here, not your patient for 3:45 just got here she was lost around the parking lot, etc. maybe that would have helped instead of just saying apparently she’s here now like the audacity of this patient to show up 13 minutes late. Long story short I had to be rescheduled after not eating or even drinking water for the entire day. Needless to say I am beyond pissed. I will never come to the moorestown location ever again. You would think that they would have more compassion dealing with patients especially since this is the MD Anderson Cancer center but at least I know better now never to come here. I have never had an issue with any other cooper facility besides this one. If I was a cancer, patient would they have rescheduled me also probably. Do better Cooper Radiology...
