Has a variety of good quality clothes for workwear, and prices are comparable to ordering online (at least for what I look at) and they usually have a sale.

NOW, I am very biased here but I want the world to know about the team there and why I and my family will be buying clothes and boots from this store henceforth. As a guy with one leg who cannot use a prosthetic and I wear a size 15 or 16 I usually just give my right shoe to the dogs or give them to the store to keep as a display. I always have to pay full price for a single shoe.

Danny took one look at me and decided, of his own volition, to ask his Ariat dealer about getting me a second left shoe. I did not expect this to go anywhere, but by granny he called me a few months later with a second, brand new boot, and said that he and his boot dealer would help me out whenever they could. For 30 years I have been paying full price for a single shoe and without me asking they took care of me. That is customer service...

Husband and I walked into the store and as we stepped foot inside the woman at the register along with two others told us unless we know what we are looking for and get grab it quickly they close in a minute. I was stunned at first truly. Then we awkwardly proceeded to turn around. My husband works in a machine shop and goes through At least two pairs of work boots a year. He was about to become a loyal customer and recommend this place to his work. I’m just so disappointed. it was so incredibly rude. My husband who’s a really laid back guy was blown away with how rude it was. I have worked retail before and I know it’s not an easy job but if my boss had EVER heard me tell a potential customer “if you know what you want you can go get it” I would have been fired. Idk if this is a chain or a local business but either way that kind of customer treatment...

If I could give no stars or negative stars I would. Never have we walked into a store to be shouted at they’re closing in 2 minutes and if we don’t know what we are buying to leave. The old lady at the register yelled at us like we were ignorant then a younger boy followed us out the door towards the parking lot barking at us like we were animals. We will never visit a store for which I could buy any of they’re products online anyway. I can wait for delivery than to be accosted such rudeness. Or go back to Nelson Royal we’re they appreciate customers even if we might be close to closing time. If your in a large mall like complex, your hours should be longer like the those stores around you. Definitely NOT family owned. Not sure they last much longer with such disappointing customer service. Would not recommend wasting...
