Claire's — Local services in Moreno Valley

I ordered something online and when I got there to pick it up after several days, the told me to wait half an hour to prepare it for pickup. I went out in the mall and after 15 minutes, I received an email that my order is "ready for pickup". I went back to store and they told me my order is cancelled due to some mistake in the system! But I showed them that my order status in the website is ready for pickup and there is nothing about the order being cancelled. Finally, turned out that it was all by the store staffs because they didn't want to give me the product since I bought it online with a $10 new user discount. I received my refund in my credit card after two months! It was my first experience with them and it will be my last. Will not suggest anyone to shop at Claire online or in store...

Really poor customer service and communication. My daughter and I stood at the counter for 20 minutes today waiting our turn to get her ears pierced while the only employee in the store was piercing a baby's ears. She didn't ever bother to tell us she'd be with us in a moment or ask if we had any questions. Finally when she was done with the lengthy process I let her know we were there for ear piercing, which by the way is advertised in the entire storefront and throughout the store. She then told us that esr piercings was by appointment only. My daughter was devastated. And I was very upset that there was no signage or anything letting us know this information. If I could give a negative start I would. My wife took my three year old daughter to get get her ears pierced. Not only was the girl that helped her unprofessional, but made my lil girl feel so bad. She rushed her to get it done due to other people coming in the store, to top it off she told my daughter if she didn’t allow her to do the other ear she would give her a candy. Long story short she didn’t get two of her ears done, was only able to get one, and said if we need to come back we would be charged again. And didn’t give my little girl a candy. I will not be returning to finish her getting her other ear done, nor recommend that any parent go take their children for this kind of...
