MINISO — Local services in Moreno Valley

Horrible customer service. From the moment i walk in i went straight to the register to return an item. The employee ( older Caucasian lady red hair) ask me if there's anything she can help me with i said yes id like to return this item. She then said to me. But you just walked in how did i manage to grab the item so fast.i said I was here a few days ago and with that she told me i can't return the item its been pay the 7 day policy. With absolutely no glance at my receipt she said no. When i asked to speak to a store manager. What a coincidence that she's the manager. And there's absolutely no other person in charge. Its not about the money its the audacity in some people. Is it because my hair want combed or maybe because i came in with my good on i look like i stole from you... All i wanted was good customer service and got a bad...

This is a really charming store with cute knickknacks. I wish the pens were better quality because for $2/each it's a little disappointing when they die in a month. Also, the last time I was there (on October 1, 2019), the manager was yelling (or speaking very firmly in a non-discrete way) to an employee about something in the middle of the store. That made it a little bit uncomfortable to shop when I could hear their loud conversation. It seemed like the manager was extremely unhappy with the way a situation was handled and she chastised the employee somewhat harshly. I hope that manager sees this and will be kinder and more discrete to her...

Great place to get your Japanese finds like blind boxes and so much more and pricing is pretty great too. I was sad visiting this location it seems like they opened before they were ready which seemed unfair to employees and customers being such a small store and they had flyer everywhere saying spend 25 and get a free gift but I was told there were not ready which was also unfair. That's why I gave 4 stars otherwise 100% would have given 5 stars for a great store great customer service and...
