My wife and I were out looking for a certain Cuisinart Air Fryer we saw online that Macy's had on sale. We had stopped by one Macy's Store and the sales associate told us there wasn't any of them in their stock room and suggested we go online and order it to be sent to the store for pick up. We decided to check the Moreno Vally store just in case they had one. Now mind you the last associate was friendly and courteous, but Moreno Valley's associates went the extra mile for us! First there was Scott, a very pleasant gentleman who also had to go to the stock room to look for the specific Air Fryer and found they also didn't have it but asked us if we could wait a few more minutes that he could check another stock room. When he returned, he had our Air Fryer in hand. Awesome! Next as we were getting in line at the checkout, a very nice young lady whose name is Carmen noticed we were a disabled couple and asked us if we would like some help getting the box out to our car. She then went to retrieve a cart to do this. Then there was the associate at the checkout whose name is Miracle. She also was very friendly and courteous. Now as we arrived at the door, and I left to bring the car up to the curb, at this time knowing that my wife was on oxygen Carmen said to my wife that she should wait inside the store so my wife wouldn't have to wait in the heat while I brought the car around. Then as I pulled up to the curb Carmen assisted my wife to the car first to get her into air conditioning and then loaded our purchase into the car. Carmen is such a beautiful person and a wonderful example of customer service. Scott is a person who also goes the extra mile to meet customer satisfaction. My wife Jackie and I applaud not only these wonderful associates but Macy's too, for finding and hiring these wonderful people for their sales staff! We will recommend the Moreno Valley store to all we meet. Thank you so very much for an awesome shopping experience, Frank and...
Read moreTerrible customer service and useless when it comes to fixing their own mistakes. We’ve ordered shoes in the past with employees in Temecula who actually know what they’re doing. My brother unfortunately ordered a pair of shoes here in Moreno Valley for me and whoever helped him told him the nearest store that has the shoes are in Arizona and they would ship the shoes to the location here in California. When we showed up to pick up the shoes the lady at the register said WE chose to pick them up in Arizona??? Sorry m’am it was your employees hands on the computer. So then no one tried to even help, they just kept telling me to call the store in Arizona they kept saying we chose that location, because their perfect employees apparently can’t make mistakes. Asked for a manager and again waste of time. No one in Arizona answered and when they did they put me on hold over 20 minutes until the phone hung up.
It’s not my job to fix your employees mistakes. You’re paid to work for Macy’s not me. At least hire someone to answer the phone if you tell people that’s the only way to cancel an order. Time is money and We didn’t make the mistake. And yes we get it mistakes happen but you making us take time out of our day to deal with it with no help and getting no response is the issue.
Just letting the shoes sit in Arizona until they cancel it on their own. Hopefully someone can lift an nail to type it in...
Read moreThis will be the last time I shop at this Macys Moreno Valley. I was at the shoe department looking at their Air Max Nikes, and decided to try on a couple pairs. I set my Oakley shades down and spent about 30 minutes trying on shoes and bought a couple pairs. Meanwhile my wife is trying on shorts and shirts on in the fitting rooms. So when I’m done making my purchases, I walk over to the fitting rooms to check on my wife. 5 minutes later I realize I left my shades. I returned to find out they were gone! I asked if they can call security and look in the cameras. This guy who works for the shoe store, says they’re not part of Macys and I would have to check with them. Manager tells me they do not look in cameras for personal belongings left behind. So long story short, I believe one of the workers are the ones that took my shades. They are the only ones who would know that policy. So long story short, there’s nothing they could do for me. So I’ll take my business elsewhere and encourage the hard earning workforce out there, keep an eye on your belongings when you shop at Macys. You will not get it back if you...
