Potato Corner — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

I experienced the worst customer service at the potato corner here in the Moreno Valley mall. My daughter purchased Fries for my 18-month-old granddaughter. Before we left the counter she told the manager that fries were burnt and the baby could not eat them. She asked her if she could have a new order of fries and the manager said, “ If you want new fries you have to pay for new fries, and we don’t do refunds.” Now, keep in mind, my grandbaby was crying the entire time for fries because she saw them and the manager there was so mean she would not give my 18-month-old grandbaby fries that she could eat, smh. Also, she never returned my daughter’s bank card when she asked about she said she didn’t have it. Do not buy any food from the potato corner in the Moreno Valley...

So the sign has the food listed at $17.99, which was already ridiculous, but whatever. Then my total comes up to over $20, and a quick math showed they charged $1.10 more, I wouldn’t have paid attention but the price was already trash. So I ask for an itemized receipt and the cashier was acting cagey. So I said, let me see the itemized receipt. Turns out they charged $18.99, and stated well the prices have went up and shrugged. The customer service was awful...John Del Rosari and I clearly had miscommunication with the very simple order. I wanted flavored fries and he rang up flavored tater tots. When I stated the order was incorrect, he claimed it wasn’t. The manager “Connie” claimed that because they were already made she was unable to replace or refund my order. This is unacceptable and fortunately I kept my composure. These could easily be used as a fresh sample considering I hadn’t even touched the container.
