Ughhhh. I LOVED this place until I didn’t. Like really truly- but this experience ruined it for me. My son loves froyo so I will treat him sometimes. I love the birthday cake flavor, but I hadn’t had froyo in months. Probably since the summer. Friday night I went there and got the Bday cake froyo. I took it to go. Upon eating it at home, it tasted sour- and almost like bubbly. It was odd. So I stopped eating it. I maybe had a few spoons to make sure It was that flavor because I had other flavors mixed in as well. I put it in the freezer. The next day I took it out and decided maybe I should try it again/ maybe just mixed with all those flavors it tasted off and perhaps this time isolated it would be different. No! After one spoonful It tasted just as bad. So I tossed it. The next day. I wake up with an odd stomach ache. I didnt eat anything at all since that froyo! So I was drinking water but couldn’t keep that down. Eventually I vomited and felt instant relief- I’ll spare the details because it was coming from both ends. When I vomited It was the froyo! Soon as I got it out- my stomach was on the mend. Honestly, now from this experience I willl ALWAYS lick not even sample and swallow I want to know prior if the froyo is spoiled or not. If it taste any hint of sour- it’s BAD! If it taste any bit of bubbly- it’s BAD! If it taste generally not as you remembered it. Don’t eat it. Don’t swallow it. A few spoonfuls and I was ill. I can’t imagine if I ate the whole thing. I probably would’ve had to go to the ER and...
Read moreStopped into this location for a yogurt after dinner to try it out since I travel to this area frequently for work. The staff was very friendly and the store was clean and the samples I tried were good. Unfortunately after I made my yogurt and went to the register, I was told they don’t take AMEX, which is my corporate card. I had no other form of payment because when I travel I need to use my corporate card. I literally had to walk out and leave my yogurt behind on the scale, extremely frustrating and slightly embarrassing at the same time. Not to mention, what a waste of food, they had to throw away my whole yogurt, so it ended costing them money. You would think that with the majority of corporate cards being AMEX, and this being a very commercial area businesses wouldn’t...
Read moreI came to kiwi yogurt for a fun time with my family, yet what I got was anything but that. The workers were rude and dismissive, and looked like they hated their job. Yogurt was adequate yet overpriced. A few days after, I drove past the menchies in cherry hill, and after a brief visit, I was astonished. Though there was a single person running the store at that moment, she did her best to provide and demonstrated amazing customer service. She offered samples and gave advice, and made small talk while we billed the surprisingly cheap yogurt. She offered bags and lids, and their spoons are also very fun. Don’t be disappointed by kiwi yogurt, instead go to menchies in...
