Brian was the agent for the buyers of our house and I am not happy about something he did. The buyers had an inspection done and found a problem in the HVAC. They brought it to our attention and we had it fixed. I gave them a copy of the work order and the work that was done. The buyers requested to have the inspector to come back but we had already issued the work order as proof that the work was done. So the request was canceled. The day of the buyers walk through the agent showed up with the inspector and we weren’t aware of who this person was because we thought it was the buyer doing their walk thru. So my mom let them in the house. My husband was upstairs just finishing up and heard someone going up in the attic and came out to see what was going on a find that it was the inspector. So Brian brought the inspector to our house even though we didn’t authorized the inspection. This was dishonest and we were very frustrated with what he did. I would not trust Brian...
