0 STARS!!! HORRIBLY HOST!!! DON’T DO IT, BOOK SOMEONE ELSE. After you pay 48 hours later you can not get a refund even on your half of the payment. That’s how they get you!!! We tried a month in advance to CHANGE accommodations on a paid vacation. They DO NOT CARE and ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. We just wanted to try and change our paid reservation to another open date and they would not allow due to my husband having a major back surgery a month before we were to arrive. So therefore we had to cancel with losing every penny we paid. They never asked for proof from us according to “their guidelines”. It was just a FLAT NO through messages- sorry this is our guidelines. I pray these people never go through an emergency or a family matter. NOTE: What you do to others always comes back. God does not reward Greed. I will never book an Airbnb every again because of this host and my whole is telling everyone about...

Great communication from this host. The unit was super clean and had many unexpected options included such as Hulu, Amazon Prime and Netflix on all the tvs. We even had bottled water in the refrigerator upon arrival which was refreshing. Maps in the welcome booklet with all the things to do and see that saved lots of time trying to figure out what to do in Nashville. I will be staying with this host on my return trips and recommend this host to all looking for a top notch place to stay in Nashville. Best of all it was very close to the action on Broadway. Hey Y’all Nashville Vacation Rentals Management never mentioned at all that it was three stories and extra steep stairs! Celebrating my 78th birthday and I stayed on the entry low level with a pull out single small couch. Second level, You had to be a magician to open the door out to the small sitting area that overlooked a very busy 2 Lane Rd. Garage sales and low income property. 25 minutes to downtown Nashville by Lyft.. Freeway congested all the time except better between 10:30 AM and 1 PM. Unreasonable management! I will never stay here again.
