Woolworth Theatre — Attraction in Nashville-Davidson

I recently had the opportunity to coordinate a work event at the Woolworth Theatre, and I must say, the experience was absolutely fantastic. Although I couldn't attend the event myself, I had the pleasure of working closely with Benton, the Director of Events, who made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.

From the moment I connected with Benton, I knew we were in good hands. He demonstrated an incredible attention to detail and was highly responsive throughout the planning process. He took the time to truly understand our group's needs and desires, ensuring that every aspect of the event would meet our expectations. In fact, he even went above and beyond by providing valuable suggestions to enhance our company's brand.

To facilitate the event, I had several items shipped to Benton's attention, and when our team arrived to set up, everything was ready to go. The level of preparedness and efficiency was truly impressive. Even though I couldn't personally attend, I received glowing feedback from every person I spoke with. It was evident that Benton had created an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.

One aspect that stood out to me was Benton's flexibility. He was incredibly accommodating when it came to shipping the items back and ensuring that our specific requirements were met. His willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference in our overall satisfaction.

Overwhelmingly, my experience at the Woolworth Theatre was exceptional. The combination of Benton's professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to creating a memorable event made it a resounding success. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Nashville, where I'll definitely make it a point to stop by and say hi to Benton while enjoying some quality entertainment at this...

I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much my sister and friend enjoyed your performance. We all thought you were incredible, and we tipped generously to show our appreciation. Your energy and talent really made the show memorable for us!

However, I feel compelled to share that we had a deeply unsettling experience with the Woolworth Theater. While I paid for five tickets, I was never refunded for two, and despite enjoying what I could see of the performance, my experience was overshadowed by an unfortunate incident. I was violently removed from the venue for simply tipping a dancer near the stage, for this I have video evidence. From multiple phones. Being thrown out onto the street without my belongings in such a manner was both frightening and upsetting. We’re deeply upset at how this situation was handled.

Though our appreciation for your performance remains, we wanted to express that we will never be returning to the Woolworth Theater due to this unacceptable treatment.

Wouldn't come here again if you paid me! There was supposed to be a cocktail hour for the event we were attending but they had another event in the bar area so we couldn't go in! Asked after the event going on in bar was over if they were still giving the $5 cocktails we were promised before our show and they refused and said an email was sent out which was a lie! Not a single person in the group of 30+ waiting had received an email! Only email I received was reminder about the show AND that cocktail hour was 5 till 6! What a terrible way to run a business! So wasted our time as we had to wait from 5 till almost 7 to get in for the show! Worst part of the trip!...
