Patagonia — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

I just had the best customer experience at this store. This store is also doing the best job I've seen of anyone regarding the pandemic and taking precautions to protect their staff and shoppers. Customers aren't allowed in the store and they bring everything to meet you curbside. I'm sure this takes a lot of extra effort on their part, but I really appreciate them for enacting these policies to reduce the community spread of covid19.

I needed to exchange a product I ordered online. I called in the morning and spoke to an associate named Laurel who told me they had the one I needed in stock and that I could come by and make the exchange any time. When I got there, I called to let them know I was there (Laurel answered and assisted me). She brought out the new product and processed the exchange. Painless. Super...

This is literally the ONLY Patagonia store I’ve encountered with sizes xl and xxl in stock and available to try on. It’s so frustrating that so many “outdoor clothing/gear” brands don’t ever have stock of larger sizes. I was looking at some overalls and a salesperson approached asking me if I wanted to see a size to try on (they were hung high) and my immediate response was; “that’s nice but you won’t have my size”.

They quickly replied that they did in fact have my size and had been pushing corporate for more accessibility for all. No one wants to have to catalog order multiple sizes or to feel like they don’t belong in a type of clothing/store. So thank you Patagonia Nashville for being so customer forward and for understanding everyone deserves the ability to try on...

Came here a few weeks ago, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Brought in a tres parka for repair as the down was coming out after five years of use, was expecting they would either re-stuff the down or trade in for store credit....instead, the staff was kind enough to replace a new parka for me! Way too go Patagonia!! Really shows that they care about customer experience and hold true to their iron clad standard.

Later, my family purchased three more fleeces, a few t shirts and a pair baggies shorts. This was probably the easiest way to show our support and appreciation to the Patagonia team.

Highly recommend shopping here, and you will only find the best products at Patagonia....
