Just left. Let's start with the food. Terrific!!! Queso fundido con Chorizo. Amazing. They left the Chorizo with some chunk to it instead of grounding it up. The homemade flour tortillas made it over the top special. So much flavor. The wife got the catfish and the cooks made it crunchy and flaky. Best breading and technique I've had on fish in a long time. She raved about the beans that came with it too. I got the Chicken Suizas. Really good portions on everything on the plate. Chicken was moist and flavorful. Pablano sauce was on point. Again, just done so well. We could have just had drinks to be honest... The house made salsa before the meal was just right. Fresh, citrusy, and flavorful. Citrusy is a word right? Anyways... The food is absolutely executed well here.
After all that the best part of the meal was interestingly enough, Dylan the server. He was so personable. He explained the menu, the salsa, made recommendations, and took the time to make sure we knew what we were eating. It made it special by simply being present when he was at the table. I know he had other tables but he never seemed like he had to be somewhere else.
Thank you Superica for a great meal and as a Chicagoan enjoying his time away from our draconian ways thank you Dylan for simply being a...
Read moreWe made our way to Superica in Nashville tonight, and it was yet another fantastic experience! This marks our fourth visit, and they consistently deliver on both quality and atmosphere. One of the highlights is their spacious outdoor patio, which is perfect for enjoying a meal with your furry friends—Shadow certainly enjoyed it!
Superica’s menu has a delightful mix of Tex-Mex classics, and tonight was no exception. A few margaritas set the tone for a great evening, followed by a round of nachos loaded with fresh ingredients that were a hit. We also enjoyed perfectly cooked steak and chicken dishes that hit all the right notes—tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
What stands out about Superica is its ability to maintain high standards every time we visit. The ambiance, with its warm and lively vibe, makes it a great spot for casual dining or a fun night out. If you’re in Nashville and looking for a place that combines delicious food, friendly service, and a great outdoor dining experience, Superica is definitely worth a visit. We’ll be back for our...
Read moreHands down the best restaurant in Nashville. I am a big fan of the Superica in Atlanta and was excited to hear that Ford Fry was opening a location here in Nashville. I normally wait a couple of months before eating at a new restaurant but was in the gulch so I said why not. The food is better than the Atlanta location and the service is what really impressed me. So many people stopped by my table to fill drinks clear plates and say hello. I had the Brochetas which were large stuffed shrimp wrapped in bacon and wood fire grilled served fajita style, which my server recommended. It comes with a champagne butter for dipping and I cant begin to describe how good it was. Scott was amazing and on top of everything. 2 Managers stopped by to talk with us and you could tell both truly cared about our night. The restaurant is beautiful but it was also busy so be prepared for a wait. Ours was about 15 minutes and seemed surprisingly low considering the place was full and lots of other people were waiting. Great night in the gulch and we are already planning...
