The customer service/hospitality was nonexistent for my visit here.
I had seen a cool jacket in the window as we were passing by after eating at one of the nearby restaurants Sunday afternoon and I thought Iâd drop in the next day to check it out.
I know the adequateness of the price you pay for clothes is subjective and has nothing to do with this 1 star rating, but for guys who want to know the jacket in the window (Diesel-Thin/Lightweight leather jacket) was something over $700 and a pair of jeans in here will run you typically over 250 dollars (Brands: G star, Hudson, J Brand)
As I entered there were about what seemed like 5 or so employees at the checkout desk, I say âseemedâ because you wouldnât know that they worked there by how they reacted once I came in. Not one greeting, or even a flinch. The most I remember hearing was some of them not knowing if they were hungry or not. Mind you I was the only customer in the store at the time I came in. But about two minutes later a man and a woman walk in, get the same treatment. You canât exactly know when youâre being profiled or judged, but you can sure feel like it. When youâre surrounded my expensive clothes and a staff that doesnât seem to care how youâre doing or if you need any help, how else is that supposed to make someone feel besides bad? I canât imagine the employees were trained to not acknowledge customers, but when they all collectively do that, at a very slow time of the day, you have a major problem somewhere.

Read moreFirst time in Nashville Was told this was a must stop by multiple friends and clients back home. Came all the way from Carmel, Ca with my parents sister and a friend -very much looking forward to doing some shopping and was highly disappointed. The store and what it had to offer was great. But the employees were extremely rude. Not a single hello or offer for assistance even though I floated around the store with numerous items in my hand. My father made a purchase but had to ask the girls for assistance even as he stood at the counter for over 2 minutes being blatantly ignored. And when he did get one of the girls attention she quickly and irritably passed off the transaction to another as if she was highly inconvenienced. Very snooty and stuck up. Seemed as if we weren't worth their time. 100% felt profiled/judged. I was further disappointed when people who looked like higher ups or management blew past us without acknowledgement. Reminder: money comes in all different forms A pretty woman situation.. Fell in love with a leather jacket there but refused to give them anymore business after seeing how poorly they treated my parents. Coincidently found and purchased the same jacket at moda boutique (also in Nashville). Almost double the price but at least they were friendly and helpful.
Btw: watched two beetle looking bugs fall from the ceiling over your window...
Read moreI too felt so judged by the workers at posh. They glared at me and my sister down from head to toe when we walked in. NOT even once did they want to even ask us if we needed help on finding an item. Is this how they run a business? They said hello to every person that walked in after us that looked *well looked not so Asian is what I can say (note they were not busy at all). It was hurtful and I never felt so disrespected in my life. I felt out of place and unwanted. I doubt anything will be done to fix this issue. I understand and KNOW the difference from people having a bad day, but there were literally a group of workers behind the counter not even acknowledging us as customers. I hope that this wouldnât happen to anyone else because Iâm sadden by this event. Action speaks...
