The building and staff are absolutely AMAZING. I relocated from out of state so I needed a lot of help getting set up and worried about what the place would be like. Kassandra and the staff DID NOT disappoint, and the apartment is absolutely fabulous. They are quick to answer questions and respond to issues.

I love everything about the place, the kitchen has oak cabinets and granite countertops, the bathroom is rather spacious, and the marble floors and shower look awesome. There are other great amenities, the pool, movie theater, bike hub and gym. Fourwinds also offers courtesy services such as Roof Top Yoga!

I was very pleased the staff was able to help put me in touch with all services I needed to be able to hop off a plane and move right in! In addition to all the great features and staff in this historic building the location is great and in the center of it all, not far from the Superdome and THE FRENCH QUARTER!

This was intended to be a short-term rental for me, but I really enjoy all the amenities and the staff that ensures everything is up to par, I will definitely be renewing my lease and I highly recommend...

I am moving to NOLA and found what I thought was a nice place. I was interested, so I filled out an application so when I found the right place I could sign up and move in.

Well, the place was not as it appeared in the pictures. Rooms were small and somewhat dingy. Pictures were misleading at best. Parking is far away and expensive. Nothing I read online about the apartments available to rent was accurate.

The application process states there are application fees and a deposit. Application fees are nonrefundable. I'm okay with that. Deposit was $400. When the apartment did not match what I expected, I decided not to rent. That's when I found out it is NOT clearly stated on the application that the deposit is not really a deposit. It is a fee that is NOT refundable. When I called, they noted they held the place for me and took it off the market. That is true, but I applied on a Friday and canceled on Sunday. Either way, I am unhappy with their lack of clarity on what a deposit is and what a fee is.

I have lived in this building for almost 3 years now. Sure, the amenities are truly the best in town and our rooftop view is absolutely breathtaking. BUT what makes this place so wonderful, are the people who work here. You get a corporate living vibe with a staff of genuinely delightful people who are always there to help you. They know you by name and go out of their way to make your life here as sweet and enjoyable as possible. That’s why I stay. For example, after hurricane Ida’s city wide evacuation, staff members who stayed behind checked on our apartments. They even made sure our fridges were cleaned out! Nowhere else would do that. Nowhere. I’ve lived all over this city in several of the high rises downtown and this is the best of them all. Maria is a straight up leasing management guru who is always there to listen and resolve your issues and Kassandra is the sweetest most attentive property manager in town. Straight up gems.
