Worst customer service! We visited GG store in New Orleans to try and resolve a manufacture defect, basically the shoe split apart. We were directed to the manager, which was not interested in helping or listening to us. She just had a canned answer that she could not do anything. She indicated that we could take the shoes to New York to be repaired. When we told her that we do not regularly go to New York, she basically scoffed at us and repeatedly could not believe that we don't go to New York on the reg! She was very condescending! Treating customers in this fashion will only result in one out come, especially a customer that has purchased over 5 pairs of shoes. For the price of these shoes I would expect impeccable customer service!...

We had the pleasure of visiting this location recently. As collectors, my wife Tracy and I, visit each store in areas where we travel. David and Allison took the time to show us dozens of their inventory that fit us both. They were so accommodating and even took time to entertain our 6 yr old shoe collector too. Beyond David helping us add 4 pair to our collection, Allison found a Stardan LAB pair that I really wanted which were sold out in the app. We really enjoyed spending time with David and Allison and are excited to text next time we are in town.
