Voodoo Blues — Local services in New Orleans

Customer service zero star if I could. I would not recommend this tourist shop. They have the same items at the same prices you’ll find all over New Orleans—nothing here stands out except the way you’re treated inside, which unfortunately wasn’t in a good way for me.

I came in looking at a dress and wasn’t sure it would fit. Every other shop I visited was happy to help me try things on over my clothes and went out of their way to be helpful. Here, the cashier bluntly told me no, then even made a point of telling the other employees that she refused to let me try it on.

Just because it’s hot outside doesn’t mean you have to be grumpy with customers. I won’t be back, and honestly I don’t recommend anyone waste their time here. Walk a little farther down the road—there are plenty of other shops with the exact same merchandise, where you’ll get treated...

Worst experience ever. Cashier told me I had been in the store three times today, and that the inventory doesn’t change, so I had no reason to come back. We went back and forth a couple times, and she basically accused me of stealing. I think it’s pretty much Customer Service 101 that you do not accuse customers...

One of my favorite places to go in New Orleans....great music food fun....however u are in a tourist city so it's alot of scammers pick pocketers and higher prices, overall I wouldn't change my experience for nothing...
