So typically this Burger King has done well but recently it has went downhill. The breakfast sandwiches used to be hot and fresh but lately the biscuits have been overcooked and hard. Despite the change, I continued to be loyal until today. I ordered on the mobile app and picked up my order. My car is in the shop so I had a family member take me to get my food. When I got home I noticed my order was totally wrong, missing the cheese (that costs extra), and had tons of mayo after I requested it without mayo. I don't usually complain because I know mistakes happen but I was hoping for at least my money back. I reached out to support and was quickly told no. I was told a $5 credit is the only option. It would cost me well over $5 to re-order my incorrect items so I pushed back and declined the offer. I was then told that $5 is all I was going to get and that I needed to read the mobile app terms of service if I had questions. I am sorry but that is the worst customer service. I get Burger King several times per month. I found out quickly tonight that my loyalty means nothing to BK. This was on August 27th he acted like he didn’t even wanna be there. He did not smile. He did not interact like he should be and the girl that gave me my food. I heard her taking an order from a customer in the drive-through and she was short with this person she was not very courteous, even when she gave me my food. She was not very polite. She didn’t smile she was just handed me my food that was it obviously if you’re shorthanded and need employees, I get it but really they are not taught or trained or watched by a manager to see how their personable skills are and how they handle the public and have good manners. Read moreThey get my order wrong every time i go on evening shift. Takes 20 minutes just to get what I actually ordered. The older lady that is an evening cashier with black rats-nest hair and fake eyebrows is extremely rude, and practically incompetent. I've literally watched her mess up 8 orders in a row one time when I went, and she rolled her eyes and got lippy every time somebody asked for what they actually ordered. I won' be getting my dinner here anymore if i walk in, and this woman is working. On the other hand, the morning shift gets my food fast, correct, and politely. Hilary is very polite. There is also a new cashier on night shift with blonde hair, short, looks like a teenager. She is also very polite, and vibrant.
