Ratio Cannabis — Local services in New Philadelphia

Been going to ratio since they opened they're doors! The atmosphere and customer service is beyond awesome. Every single person in there makes you feel welcome and apart of their world. I have always been able to find what im looking for! That being said.....im not sure who bought out the company but I have noticed some changes in product that im not very happy about. I buy vapes alot, disposables, carts all of those things and I've noticed the quality seems to have gone down. Like the Later days vapes are just as expensive as the vapen yet they are pretty much gas station quality. Very cheap looking, cheap tasting and all around a disappointment. Yet the cost is sky high. Also where has all the good Farkas Farms flower gone? Woodward fine cannibas? I seem to only be seeing cheaper brands not as good flower for same price or more. From the moment I walked into Ratio, to the moment I walked out, it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff is very welcoming and did everything to ensure I understood the ordering process as well as the variety of different products offered. They took the time to answer all of my questions and genuinely seemed to care if I was comfortable with my selections. Without a doubt, I will be returning to Ratio in the future!

Update: Having been a regular customer for awhile now, how things have changed with success.... Customer service and waiting time has rapidly declined with no one seeming to care. Upon a recent visit, I asked the owner if I could obtain the contract information of the person who painted the exterior mural. I was told that there's no way I could possibly afford this person and I should look for a different artist. Nothing like the owner being so condescending and belittling a customer.....I'll be sure to take my "poor money" elsewhere in the future as to...

I went to Ratio Cannibis on August 5 2024 for the first time. All of the employees are wonderful, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in the cannibis industry. They have a wide variety of products available for purchase. This is the only business that still carries the products that work for me. Although the makers of the products i love is discontinuing the grape flavor ( which i am upset the company chose to discontinue the grape flavor). I am now trying new flavors of the products that the company makes. A staff member suggested this one flavor to try. I purchased the flavor i have not tried it yet. I will try today.
