This is the single worst Chipotle, and possibly restaurant, I have been to. They have just about every problem a restaurant can have. The food is always poorly prepped: too salty, fajita veggies barely cooked, jalapenos chopped into huge chunks to set your mouth on fire, protein either barely cooked or overcooked, and the food and burrito prep areas a cross-contaminated nightmare. The service is poor, which I can’t blame the staff much for as their managers’ attitude is the worst of all of them, and they are visibly irritated at the problems they created for themselves at all times. I have stopped ordering from this Chipotle after I received multiple incorrect orders and just plain inedible food. I cannot count on this Chipotle to take my $15 and give me something that I can eat for it.
Fewer and fewer locals are coming as we all learn how awful it is. Pretty much all their business must be people coming off the highway who don’t know they’re better off at the gas station down the road. Corporate should either do a total reset with all new management, or raze the place to the ground and let them build a Panera.
EDITED TO ADD: I live 5 minutes from this Chipotle and I’m currently going 30 minutes up to Canton to go to an actually edible Chipotle. They must buy the positive reviews, or they’re people who have never visited Chipotle before. Or any restaurant...
Read moreI'm pregnant and all I ever crave is Chipotle, I usually get the food in the early afternoon and it is always amazing the one time I get it during the night time I'm absolutely repulsed. Starting off with the rice there was no salt nor cilantro it was plain white rice drenched in oil which collected at the bottom of my bowl. The pinto beans had no flavor and tasted stale, the carnitas were literally BURNT and crunchy, they left off my queso which I paid extra for, gave me the smallest amount of sour cream when I asked for extra and when I say small I mean a dollop the size of a quarter on the side of my bowl. I ordered with extra cheese as well and there was barely any cheese. And when I tried to get a refund I realized they never sent me a confirmation number I checked my email and updated it about 10 times and still no confirmation number to get my money back for this awful experience. Very disappointed and will be discussing this with the manager the next time I'm in the store and will only be going in person from now on to ensure the quality is what it should be. Food is too expensive now a-days especially as an expecting mother for it to not meet the proper expectations. I also work at a chipotle and know what the food should taste like and look like and they completely missed the mark by a...
Read moreI will never order food from this place again. I will use my 2 free entree vouchers to order the replacement for my already free entrees that they screwed up the first time. Keep in mind that years ago I was a restaurant manager and I can promise you I’d fire myself if my restaurant ran this poorly and the serving sizes were this small. This is a recipe for franchise failure. The owner should be ashamed. Portion sizes do not reflect the price buddy, and if that’s your idea of saving money and being savvy you’re going to fail. You are failing. If you can’t make it worth it to buy the food then we won’t order chipotle any more. It’s not saving you money if in the long run you lose business.. I promise you that will be the case. I’ve watched it happen. Customers must find a good value or they will stop buying. That said, we have given this place chance after chance, time after time.. and you’d think by the number of bad reviews you, and your management team would make the changes necessary to remain a good place to eat. You need to do better. I promise that when I use these vouchers for the free entrees I have coming to me and the order is messed up yet again I will be making a very unpleasant email and phone call to corporate office and as I’m sure you know Mr Franchisee.. word of mouth can...
