On June 28th,19( last Friday) at 6pm, I went there for full body massage.

1. Receptionist aunty told me I need to pay first without doing massage, I said okay and paid that. I felt like they dnt trust to customer. Earlier we used to pay when we done massage.Actually before I used to come every month and this time I came after few months. She was really rude, no expression and not giving eye to eye contact when talking. She even dnt know how to welcome customer. She was totally busy by watching movie in counter. Is she at work or home?

2. my massager, I think she dnt know how to massage because she was doing so hard and it really gave me pain when doing massage and even now. It has been 5 days now, still paining those side where she gave pressure and did fake massage. Suppose to be relief my pain and feel lite after massage right? But NO, it’s paining more.

3. When I paid TIPS and they said minimum tips is $15, I paid $15 but have you ever heard minimum tips like that? They even dnt wrote minimum tips and all. Should be write on notice board in English, so that we will know. Looks like they are doing that to everyone. I really felt it’s not good without mention on board.

That’s really too much. They dnt give hospitality, bad service, dnt know how to massage. Even dnt know what oil is using there is no label. Just a refill bottle. I felt like I wasted my money, time and mostly am paining my back more. I think all the staff are new now. I am not going there anymore and I will not...

I gave one because there’s no zero. I used to had my hair dyed bad or cut bad, never gave a bad review or skip tips. Front desk lady who’s also the boss and the person who washed my hair was sooooo rude never ever! ! I went for a haircut but had a $15 hair wash without any massage and not even my scalp got wet. There was a terrible smell when they blowed my hair which I thought because of the towel. I told her that I wanted a haircut and gonna asked her something while browsing the price. She ignored me and pushed me go to another room for hair wash in the first two seconds I stepped in, I asked if Jacky’s available, she told me that both of the two hairdressers named Jacky which I doubt. But since there’s only one available and I don’t really know the last name, for I heard about the name from some blogger so I was gonna take it. So I asked if the one can fixed my hair coz I know some only can deal with Gents‘ hair, I even explained the only reason I asked is because I had my hair cut badly last time so I want someone who can fix it, she showed me a super bad attitude told me they close at 7:30, it was around 7:25 back then. I contradict she could had let me know so I could come back another day. Ridiculously she said she didn’t mention because there was another customer waiting for hair extensions then she blamed me again for not knowing the last name and repeated that they close at 7:30. So I take whatever it is or I just had a hair...

TDLR: Don’t waste your money here on blowouts/temp styles!! They barely put any time and effort into making sure it’ll last long. Only lasted 6 hours.

So I needed to find a salon that could give me a blowout that would last me till the next day because I have an important event going on. After going there to get it waved, my hair already went flat after 6 hours. I’ve been to other salons that can temp wave my hair that would last me 1-3 days. All I got was a wash and temp wave for $30?! I paid $20 and $10 tip. A waste of my money, now I need to go to another salon tomorrow to do it again.
