I really loved my time at ProSkin Med Spa. The environment of this clinic is comfortable and clean. My first visit to their clinic was for a PicoWay laser treatment. The doctor was super nice; she took the time to explain the procedure and answered all my questions patiently and professionally. After the treatment, my skin has visibly brightened and my pores and fine lines have been significantly improved.

I recommended this clinic to my sister who also had laser treatment here with amazing results. In just one treatment, the dark spots on her skin were reduced by at least 50 percent.

I also come here once or twice a month for facials. Every time I have been here, their beauticians are amazing in service. I live in Brooklyn, although there are many aesthetic clinics in Brooklyn, I chose to come to this clinic despite 1 hour travel time to get there. I am pleased with the results and service. Last time I went for this store, the beautician was really rough, and on top of that, kids from the store barged into the room twice, slamming the door, scaring me twice. The whole experience was awful. The worst part is when it came to tipping, I only wanted to give $20, but the beautician insisted I have to give at least $30-40! Isn't tipping supposed to be based on service quality? The beautician was so pushy and rude. I reluctantly agreed to $30, that's it, but I didn't have change, so I asked her for $10 back, but she pretended not to hear me. I have to awkwardly left.
