The service here has been pretty horrible recently. I dropped by here to pick some flowers for my birthday at 6 pm on a Saturday. The store hours are until 8 pm. I walked in and started picking out options. Within 5 mins the store guy asks me very rudely IF I plan to buy anything? I was surprised and responded with yes, give me few mins. To which the guy angrily responded “no I have to leave and cannot wait”. It was super shocking and annoying given their sign said they would be open for another couple of hrs. Irrespective that guy was so rude to me that I left feeling embarrassed and angry, on my birthday. Very poor service- hope the owners train their employees to treat their customers with respect. The guy charged me $18 for flowers that were advertised as $12, when I pointed that out he claimed someone had moved the flowers, but could not show me any other bin that actually had a $18 price tag on it. I had a similar experience a few weeks ago as well, so I recommend double checking the price...
