I am one of the people who obey the rules to always pay for public transportation, when I wanted to transfer from the F train from 63 Lexinton to the 6 train at 59 suddenly my cellphone lagged and couldn't do anything and coincidentally I didn't bring my wallet so I couldn't tap my debit except from my cellphone. I was late and didn't have time to take care of it with customer service. I tried to ask for help from the 2 officers standing in front of the door to open the gate, but they ignored me and even tended not to listen to my explanation, I showed proof that my cellphone was having problems and couldn't do anything.
