I am one of the people who obey the rules to always pay for public transportation, when I wanted to transfer from the F train from 63 Lexinton to the 6 train at 59 suddenly my cellphone lagged and couldn't do anything and coincidentally I didn't bring my wallet so I couldn't tap my debit except from my cellphone. I was late and didn't have time to take care of it with customer service. Also, there is a free transfer to the F and Q trains using omny or metrocard at Lexington avenue 63rd street station.
