I highly recommend this Car service. Especially for patients that use medical Answering Service (MAS) in the short time that I have been using MAS transportation I have had many challenges with MAS vendors not respecting my disabilities and allergies. Therefore it was a relief to have met Marcos one of the drivers of AA Start Plus Corp whom told me about the company he represents. I then switched all my trips to AA Start Plus Corp. Thus far I had a wonderful experience. Thus far the drivers I have been assigned Marcos, Luis, and Geraldo have been very respectful of my needs, punctual and most importantly they drive safely. The dispatcher Felix is also very friendly, courteous and makes sure my trips go smoothly. I highly recommend this company. And give them 5 stars! MedAnswering assigned this company for transportation for a surgery consult for my daughter. I had to call them due to not having any information regarding a driver at assigned pick up time. Driver arrived 28 minutes late. Arrived 20 minutes late to appointment and was not given an apology which is the bare minimum. Thankfully my daughter was able to still be seen but if they couldn’t have extended the grace period not only would we have missed the appointment but also missed a day from school for nothing. I enjoy my rides with AA start. My drivers ALWAYS courteous, patient, and respectful. Their vehicles are always clean. And they help me with my stroller when I bring my baby to my appts. I HIGHLY recommend using this company for MAS transportation. The company overall is good. They call to confirm appts. I didn’t get my drivers names 😩.
