I was almost over the mileage on my current lease and I was so concerned I would have to pay .25 per mile. Mr. Ian was AMAZING! He assured me and reassured me that I shouldn't worry that Seamless would take care of everything. Well someone in the office became sick and the entire office closed down. I was concerned when I didn't get any answers so I texted Ian. Ian answered and assured me that the office was closed but they would still be able to find me the new car I desired and take my current lease off my hands and get me out of the trouble I faced. Richard and Ian were honest and explained all the facts concerning my credit and current car situation, which unfortunately someone slightly scratched and dented in the driver side door while I was visiting a family member. I was certain the deal would be off now that my car had damage days before we could complete the transaction. Scared and worried I called Ian, he answered again not feeling his best but he wanted me to know that I was not alone and they would help me. He went above and beyond to give me peace of mind. I used Seamless in the past and this is my second time using them. I also recommended my friends who also got brand new cars. I also received $300 for my recommendations! Seamless is and will always be the choice for me and Ian, Richard and Carlos are all amazing guys. I begin to feel like family because that's how they treated me, like family. I highly recommended this place if you're in the market for a vehicle. I was turned down left and right before coming here. Teddy and Marco helped me out. Very friendly and understanding to my situation and still took their time placing me in the vehicle that I wanted. I almost gave up, yet they were very patient. For anyone who's like me and read the comments before considering a particular place......I highly recommend this place and I have subprime credit (definitely not the greatest, but I'm working on that). I wanted an X6 and they were able to get me the X6 that I wanted. Teddy helped make an already stressful process smooth and easy. Another thing I like about this place, they were upfront with their pricing and did not try to hide any fees in an effort to take my hard earned money. I like that......tell me what the deal is and let me decide whether or not I want the deal. Last thing I liked was that I did not feel pressured. That's very important. 5 star rating for sure and believe me......a lot of doors were closed in my face before giving this place a try....

When I purchased this vehicle, I was so innocent that I got treeck by their sales representative, Levi Ortiz. He gave me a lemon car. The vehicle had electrical problems and he didn't tell me. I tried to return it for an entire year, and they didn't take it back. I took the vehicle to Yonkers Kia because they are the same owners trying to get help, but unfortunately, I didn't get any. I ended up stopping the payments and calling the bank because it had too many problems, and I didn't know what to do anymore. So they came to repo the vehicle. By the way, they sold me that damage vehicle for 36k. If you are a woman and are going to buy a vehicle make sure you go with a man or a mechanic because they overcharge women for vehicle all women want is to probably just buy something for our family or to accommodate our lives a little be and they take advantage of it.
