I visited today just casually/to prep some stuff for traveling and my sales associate Nick was actually the most patient, insightful, and kind person I have ever had the pleasure of working with!! I don't know too much about skincare but he walked me through all the options for my skin type/concerns and did such an incredible job helping me understand what ingredients/lines would be the most beneficial for me. I just tried out all the products/samples I got and based on this first impression, it all feels incredible and has made my skin feel super nourished, healthy, and balanced.

Seriously I cannot stress it enough he was incredible!! I literally have never written a review in my life but this was such a phenomenal experience that I hope I can help encourage even one other...

Beyond being incredibly kind and professional, Mateo took the time to explain each product with patience and expertise. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, honest, and committed to their work, and he is a perfect example of that.
