All Seasons Spa — Local services in New York

If this review was just about the massages if would be a 5/5. Foot and full body, they do a fabulous job! However... I went in recently and saw that they were now offering the "head spa" experience. I've seen this all over social media so was very excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, the experience was TERRIBLE. I was essentially charged $70 for someone to wash my hair for an hour. I have very long hair and by the time we were finished my hair was completely matted because of how aggressively she was applying product. The machine they use is clearly not state of the art-- looks like a cheap add on to the regular massage table and the pressure was basically non-existent. On top of all this, they set a stool in the bathroom and tried blow drying my hair there while using a brush to get all the knots out-- no heat protector in sight. Knowing how much damage had already been done, I said I would leave and finish the drying at home. Walked out with my hair soaking wet.

My fault for trusting a massage spa to give a hair treatment but I really felt compelled to warn others.

Please do not charge/offer a service that your equipment and staff is not...

Had the $55 muscle therapy full body w complementary cupping and hot stones. This place was amazing went here with my boyfriend for the end to our date after walking 25 min in the cold and this place was like being reborn. Yo Li was a sweetheart and super attentive she also is amazing with her hands knew exactly where to release pressure and was super thorough. Haven’t had a massage like this in years not to mention it was super clean and professional. I will say if you have sensitive skin cupping may not be for you my back felt great bit my skin was so purple and I bruise easily so I wasn’t concerned or surprised. My boyfriend was red after but that’s normal and he looked totally fine. Would 100% go again it was a great experience and a steal for the price I’m so happy we found this place. Staff is super...

One of the worst massages me and my friend have gotten in a long time. I’m pretty sure the positive reviews are because they offer a free additional 15 minutes with a massage for a Google review. Both me and my friend were unsatisfied with how both massages played out, they disregarded our legs and weren’t doing it until we asked toward the very end of the massage (few minutes left). When I asked to turn over there was no head pillow which was very uncomfortable instead I was given a long leg pillow that my head didn’t even fit on. The lady that did my massage also kept digging her elbows into my spine. We both had to ask them to go softer over 10 times. I left in with more pain than I had...
