Our Lady of Guadalupe at St. Bernard — Local services in New York

I called for the food program they flatly acted like they did not understand what I was saying at all. they put on their Spanish accents 2 of them. they flatly asked do you really need it? I was hung up on because I am white. I paid taxes and I am an American and disabled senior. Is this the way you treat a poor senior shame on you and shame on the catholic church. they deliver to this Spanish woman in my bldg. so why cant they deliver to me, I just lost my...

I went to another catholic church in the city and it was excellent because the priest or deacon read the missal about Mary, Jesus, Pope Pius XII, St. Michael the archangel, and others. I participated for the mass and I took another eucharist. The staff were very nice to us and very informative. The place is so beautiful and it has nice stained glass, statues, green paintings on the wall, including angels, and more. I will eventually comeback again anytime...

This church is like walking into Mothers arms and feeling her warm embrace. The congregation are my brothers and sisters always supportive and at the ready with prayer and kindness.
