LM Cafe — Restaurant in New York

Tired of this place. Got my orders wrong multiple times, it's countless now. Especially this one guy that would repeatedly get the wrong stuff. You would be telling him iced latte, and he would either get you a hot one or regular black. How do you go from iced latte to regular black hot coffee?? Just for coffee alone, he's messed up more than twice now. ordered a hamburger with avocado, of course I got one WITHOUT avocado; peanut butter and jelly, came back with no jelly.... he would be repeating back the exact wrong things that you just told him, even though I tried saying things loudly and slowly. I seriously hope I'm exaggerating. About 50% of the time there was stuff missing/wrong from my orders

And there's a miscommunication between the workers too. After you place an order and they write things down, the cashier would still seem totally unaware of what you have just ordered then ask you everything again. Wasn't there just a note...

The place was clean and the employees were nice but I give it 3 stars because the lemonade was basically just lemon water it had no taste whatsoever, which the cashier didn’t charge me for at first and when he brought my food to me, I noticed there was no beverage. I also saw they had pastries and was very excited to see they had a red velvet cookie which was very disappointing when I bit into it. It was very dry and bland, literally tasted like nothing and gave me cotton mouth. So I ordered pancakes and bacon which were both good. However, there were 3 in my party, we ordered our food, and were served last after other people ordered their food for dine in. We waited about an 30 mins or so for food and then had to scarf it down so we could be on our way for our plans. When we inquired about the delay, we were told food was coming out now. 2 of us received our food about 5 mins after that while one of my friends had to wait about another 5 mins for hers. Eating area inside is small. Seats maybe 20 people but they do offer limited...
