We had the pleasure of working with Vanessa at Balloons to Go for our corporate holiday party, and the results were absolutely spectacular! From the very beginning, their team was professional, creative, and incredibly attentive to our vision. I went into the Balloons to Go store, on 8-9-18 to grab a few balloons. I called earlier to find out if I could put a small note in one of the balloons, I was told yes. When I arrived, there were 3 women there, having a conversation and didn’t fully acknowledge me until I said hello. Then when I asked for the balloons, the woman blowing them up, asked what was the occasion, I said every year I let go of balloons in honor of my aunt who passed away 8 years ago. We usually go by the water and let them go. She immediately assumed that I wasn’t going to remove the ribbons before hand and gave me a mini lecture about the ribbons being taken off and choking the fish. Glad she has such passion for the fish but her approach was weird and I didn’t appreciate it, which I’m sure she may have grasped by my reaction, although I was still polite. It was just a little bit of a weird vibe being in the actual store, maybe they’re better over the phone and with bigger requests. I gave the 3 stars solely because it was a weird vibe and them not acknowledging me when I arrived. Besides that, I’m sure they do great work for...

I had to plan a large holiday party and hit a bump in the road at the very end close to day of event. I called Balloons To Go on a Saturday to see if I can have them deliver a variety of balloon decorations at the very last minute. Vanessa who was my main POC exchanged calls/emails with me to help me get everything settled and locked into place for the party to turn out beautifully. Even with their busy schedule and my last minute request, Vanessa was super understanding and willing to help out! You can tell she's been doing this for many years and truly enjoys giving people the balloon decor they want.
