This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with a Bank of America branch and I’ve been with them over 7 years , I have always had an pleasant experience.this wasn’t the case unfortunately I referred my brother and we entered the location and was seated by Rudy Sanchez ( the manager )We waited for a hour and the same manager Rudy came back and said we can not open an account due to their bank experiencing a lot of scamming ??!! I have no idea what that could possibly have to do with a potential customer that has I.d, a social , a bill and proof of address … I feel that we we’re definitely profiled when I presented my Bank of America card and told him I have been a customer for over 7 years and never experienced anything of the such he told me that it was their policy . The indian woman who was helping me with opening an account asked me to go home and apply the credit card online by myself. I asked her if I can do it here now in person. She refused. So after I got home, I did not understand the terminology in the boa app and repeated to submit the applications because I don’t know how to proceed. Now it’s been a month that I have been sending letters with boa for the credit card application because they need some basic info. So what hurts if this Indian woman staff helped me apply it in person. It would waste her 10 more minutes? Now her behavior wasted me months to going back and forth through mails. Read moreI have never had my issues or questions resolved at this location. The manager or the individual who meets clients at the reception always denies that they can assist or resolve my problems. Sometimes their colleagues indicate that they can help when they hear our conversation, but the individual who greets clients consistently denies their ability to assist. Actually, sometimes the staff also have no desire to help, simply denying that they do not have what I ask. Even simple questions and issues cannot be resolved here. In contrast, other locations have helped me with similar queries, such as cashing out checks or obtaining necessary bills.
