it's been a long time since I've encountered someone as exceptional as Dr. Jiang. His passion for patient education burns as spectacularly as his passion for rmedicine.

I was referred here by Dr. Sang, who is also a phenomenal internist. To be honest, I was not a fan of most Chinese doctors who serve the Chinese community, simply due to their abhorrent attitude and lack of patience. They are in the medicine field for fame and money. Please mark my word, Dr. Jiang is not one of them.

It fascinates me when Dr. Jiang tried his best to explain my condition to me in his, and i assume, second language which is Chinese. He did not shortens the explanation simply due to the language barrier. Dr. Jiang explains, rephrases, and with occasional stutters he helped me fully understand his diagnosis. I asked couple questions and he tackles them down with details and hand gestures simulating organs and muscles, all while spoken to me in Chinese.

He creates a gravitational pull with a very approachable manner when speaking, which encourages me to express my puzzles and questions. With his vast knowledge of the latest medical treatments and technologies, I felt confident in his ability to provide me with the best possible care.

My primary care Dr. Sang said, and i quote the exact word, "this guy is some kind of genius", and handed me Jiang's business card with all the titles and certificates. I simply do not care (at a moral level), one can have all the titles in the world while does not provide what the patients TRULY needs, I still find them enormously distasteful.

Lastly, I highly recommend Dr. Jiang Chuan. I hope, and i do certainly hope, Dr. Jiang's remarkable patience and his ability to educate patients are not a product of a young doctor's novelty towards his first couple years of practices. I hope, and i do hope, that this is who Dr. Jiang is, and he's simply expressing what he believes in...

This practice combines the best of community medicine and academic medicine . This office accommodates quick scheduling and follow up times (unlike a a hospital based clinic or that makes you wait months for an appointment ) and also dedicates the proper time for each new patient for a thorough evaluation like an academic doctor . I got my PFTs and other respiratory testing done in the same day as the consultation and got my results and treatment plan on the same day ! Other pulmonary practices have you schedule a second day for pfts and then you return to the doctor for a third day to review the results .

The office is also very spacious and the respiratory therapy staff is highly professional and well trained . The front desk staff is also polite and gave me a reminder phone call and text message . They also helped me with the radiology prior authorization and scheduling as well !

This is also the only office I have come across that does mannitol challenge tests and cpet testing. These tests are usually only done by the large academic medical centers in the city of the larger centers in Long Island .

I also got my home sleep test done very quickly . After discussing my sleep apnea symptoms , the office obtained the prior authorization in two days and I was doing my sleep test in three days and came back to talk about my results on the fourth day. The respiratory therapists also did a mask fitting for me before ordering the cpap. I also appreciate the fact that he discussed the dental appliance , surgery and inspire with me and did not just force me to do cpap right away .

This office also has other providers for primary care along with in office blood draws , lab work , and ultrasound examinations. There is a GI doctor next door for my colonoscopies and a pharmacy right next door! Therefore , I have made the switch over to get all of my care under this “one stop shop “...

Dr Jiang is really nice. He would actually spend time to look over my issue and explain to my as easy as possible. He are not like those old Doctors out there that make you go through all those unnecessary procedures just for profits, every procedure that he does have a reason behind it. This in result saved me a lot of time. He is also really straightforward, no physical coming back in if unnecessary. You only have to come in if you have new issue, procedure followup and those that need your physical appearance, or else he will gladly talk to you on the phone for results and on going procedures.

The nurse staff are nice and efficient, the male nurse in particular are very proficient. I have really hard veins and often takes multiple stick to find. He always find it on the first try which is really amazing. His vaccination skill is also really good, like I don't feel it and its over. Really fast.

The front desk are really nice and are willing to spend time with me one on one to solve my issues and answer my questions.

Overall the clinic is gather with young people even Dr Jiang himself is young, but that are all professional and really skill in what they do. Highly...
