I went to Sona for teeth whitening and she was amazing! She was so responsive with scheduling and answering questions over text, and overall so sweet and lovely! I booked the two session voucher after reading some of the reviews that said that two sessions were best for getting the results that you want, and I’m so glad I did. We did both sessions back to back in the same hourish long appointment, and after the first round, I already saw a massive improvement and the second round made it look even better. She also very kindly offered a third session at the discounted Groupon price if I paid on the spot (Groupon only allows one voucher per person per year, I believe, so without her offer, you would have to pay the higher set price to do a third session) – in the end I chose not to do a third session because I was happy with the whiteness level and didn’t want them to look too white for my preferences… so in my case I’m happy to just go back for a touchup later on as needed, but very kind of her to offer that discount for those who want it! She was very thorough in showing and explaining the products she uses - all FDA approved - and evaluating my teeth and any pre existing damage. Already having such a confidence boost from the service - it was painless (and honestly pretty relaxing to just lay with my eyes closed for 30 minutes!) and no sensitivity now after - could not recommend her more! I had a great experience with Zoia, she did such an amazing job at the lymphatic massage, truly one of the best I've had in the city! She was also incredibly kind. I highly recommend her and would definitely go back to see her.

Although my experience with Zoia was great, I think the GroupOn I purchased was a bit misleading. I bought the Sculptural Buccal and Lymphatic Drainage Combo Massage, which I was under the impression would include both services equally. The appointment was a hour long and I was bummed not much time was spent on the Sculptural Buccal. Considering the Combo is almost 2x the price as each individual service, I assumed it would either be a longer appointment or the time spent on each service would be split more evenly.

I was asked at the beginning of the appointment if the focus should be the combo (which meant including the massage), or the buccal, and I had said combo, but I didn't realize that meant there wouldn't be time for the sculptural buccal.

All that to say, I'd definitely go back because the service was great and everyone I spoke with was very kind, but I'd personally reach out to clarify the service and what it entails...
