I was very uncomfortable with my experience. The pricing is confusing because the deep cleansing facial is listed as $65 on google, yet when I booked an appointment through a call, I asked to clarify the pricing and the person on the phone said $85 for first timers. When I asked why there was a price discrepancy, the lady on the phone said “okay I’ll give you the price you see on google.” Yet when I got there, it was then $75. I was already there so I just paid it. As I was led to the room, the receptionist whispered to the lady servicing me to give me the cheapest treatments and called me stingy.

I could barely relax during the treatment because the esthetician kept getting up and leaving the room. There were crying kids outside. At some point she answered the phone and came back to touch my face without washing her hands. I heard the receptionist come back several times to reiterate that I was only getting the cheapest and most basic products because I was a “stingy woman” for being confused about their pricing. The esthetician kept asking me if I wanted a bump removed for $10 and repeatedly asked me 6 times in a row despite me politely declining.

It was an emotionally draining experience and I only appreciate how thorough they were with extractions because that’s all I really wanted. I still tipped $10 because I believe in tipping properly. However the service was truly unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone...

The environment is fantastic, with tasteful décor and a clean, tidy space that instantly puts you at ease as soon as you walk in. The staff are incredibly friendly and provide excellent service. They take the time to understand your needs and never make you feel pressured.

Unethical money hungry time wasters. I get my facial ($59 for 90 mins deep cleaning) from a different establishment in the same neighborhood but today I decided to try this place because my regular technician in the other place wasn't working. I called in advance to ask about the price of the facials and and if the special packages (prices ranging between $39-$59)they posted on their site was still available. Person on the phone told me facial was $65 and yes the specials were still going on and gave me an appointment for 1pm. When I went there she started insisting me to buy a facial for $138 because according to her its better for my skin and told me the $65 facial is just a basic wash. I realized right away that this business is not going to be the right fit for me and walked away.
