Strange & inconsistent. I do not recommend this place. Not good at doing eyebrows & lied.

Let me just say, I gave the lady who did my eyebrows an opportunity to correct the problem but she is a liar.

Before my vacation, I went to get my eyebrows done. I went to get them tinted and threaded. When I came home, it was very clear that the tinting was not done correctly and that there was visible hair still. So I called the store immediately to tell them about my experience. I also asked to just have my account credited so I can go somewhere else to get my eyebrows done. The person I went to begged me to give her another opportunity and she even lied and said she couldn’t give me a refund until the manager came back in the store.

I told her that was totally fine. Although I was really unhappy, I would come back. I ended up getting my eyebrows done on my vacation since they looked so bad.

Please remember, I paid for threading and tinting on my original visit. So when I return to get my eyebrows fixed, I expected both services that I paid for.

Upon coming back to get my eyebrows done the woman in the store said they stopped doing tinting. So she only did the threading and essentially did not give me my money back for the original bad tint that wasn’t done correctly the first time.

Well, here is the really awful part. I called the other blossom brows location, and they said that tinting is still done at all of their locations. I then called the store back to ask why I was told I couldn’t get tinting and they hung up the phone on me.

Such a liar. I was willing to give them another chance and even be patient and forgive the mistakes that happen in the last time. But just lying to a customer is disgusting.

Getting your eyebrows done here will cost you more than $8 dollars in time, inconvenience, & mediocre brow job.

1st visit the end of July had lashes done and I was pleased with the service. Returned on 8/9 for a refill (different technician) and while I experienced some mild burning I had an otherwise uneventful visit. Returned today for a refill (yet another tech by the name of "Neel") and after being questioned "Where my lashes were done?" "Who did my lashes?" How long ago they were done?" The tech ("Neel") continued to accuse me of having services rendered at another establishment. I paid the previous visit with my debit card, I showed proof that the services were completed there, on the date stated. At that point I was met with "You have to see that tech because we all do lashes differently" (although she previously stated they have techs visit from different shops so it's really no way to know when your requested tech would be working. I requested to have the lashes removed so that I can cease future business with this establishment. With lash bars on every block avoid this establishment and opt for a place that trains all techs the same so whoever renders services you will be assured of consistency. (Addendum: after I left my visit I found my punch card and although Neel didn't believe that I had been previously serviced there before she was actually the first technician that applied my lashes. Business contacted Yelp to have review removed instead of making any attempt to rectify...

Never again will I go there, the worker Kamala who helped me yesterday was so unprofessional and money hungry at the end. I received a wax AND I brought a product (optional), leaving me with $3 left (total $37) and I did not want to use my debit card. I told her to keep the change and she told me “is that it $3?”. How dare you; I didn’t have to leave a tip at all when I already paid for my service and brought a product and was gonna come back faithfully to support. Then shes gonna say it was a $40 service, now if that’s the price then that’s what she should’ve charged me for I did not ask for any kind of discount. Definitely lost a customer and everyone I know will be told not to go there. You do not conduct business that way and it was very unacceptable. What if that’s all the money I had and then you say something like that making it seem like you’re trying to belittle me and judge. Funny because I looked in my wallet for more money but once I thought about the audacity, I just walked out after paying. Def lost a customer or several once I will tell every female that I know.
