I never write reviews but had to call out Bombay Shirt Company for its excellence as to both the product, the service and the overall experience. First things first, the product is outstanding. Never having had custom fitted shirt before, having now had the experience there will be no turning back. Tailored perfectly to suit my body all it took was a look in the mirror to see the difference between theirs and the off the shelf shirts to which I was accustomed. And then there is what I called the design experience. Once measured, with Manisha’s guidance (and I cannot highlight that enough) you are taken on the journey of styling. It is not just about the collar, but threads (pun intended) to things that I never though abut before like the placate, the pocket, the cuffs, the buttons (not to mention the color of the thread that secures them) and the coordinating monogram. Delivery was quick but because I was selecting multiple shirts she arranged for a quick turnaround of one so that she could be assured of the proper fit so that, if necessary, the others could be similarly adjusted. And what’s best is that now I can do it from my office remotely as my measurements on file.

Great experience and sooo accommodating! I was searching for button down shirts and came across Bombay Shirt Company because they had linen shirts that looked great for summer. Scheduling an appointment was simple and quick. Manisha was super helpful and patient explaining the options and materials I could select from. Everything from selecting material to ordering and customizing was simple and efficient. The shirts were delivered punctually and quickly within a week! I went in to try them on and Manisha had the shirts customized further (changed sleeve opening) - all within a day of all my shirts being delivered. I went back in, and on the spot Manisha helped customize the shirt yet again because I decided I wanted one of my shirts to be an even more relaxed fit. Overall Manisha and Bombay Shirt Company are excellent communicators and went above and beyond in taking care of me and making sure I was happy with my selection. Cannot recommend enough to anyone in need of tailored shirts! The two I got are easily some of the most comfortable and high quality shirts in my wardrobe. And they make the process as accessible or in depth as you want!

The fitting process had such a breadth of options between all the fabrics, collars, styles, and customizations you can choose from. They really captured the two different shirt options I wanted with their wide selection, making it a nice one stop shop for me. Plus, it was super quick and easy, with them explaining every option I was curious about or just didn’t know about. One short appointment and I am now set, with my measurements saved for any future shirt needs.

The turnaround time was also excellent (~ 2 weeks!) for the shirts. They were super accommodating with doing a fit check for the first time and being flexible with a busy schedule, which made it really easy for pickup .
