These people are nice when you want to buy a phone or phone accessories, but when you need to return a defected product they are the nastiest,😠 unhelpful😠 & unprofessional😠 people I ever met. Also, while I was buying 2 phones there, I was asked if I knew any pretty girls that would like a job there? This goes to show the type of people they are. Not only unprofessional but they also hire people by their looks, not by their qualifications. Not giving people a fair opportunity at life especially during these crucial times when people are looking for work while we all are struggling through the Covid Pandemic and these extremely rough economic times. The person who works there is completely unhelpful. I wanted more information on switching over because there is a deal for a phone at a cheaper price when you do so and he said he didn’t have the phone in stock. Cool. I told him there’s a store nearby and if he could call to see if they did have it in stock so I wouldn’t have to waste my time and walk down there. He said I had to go in person and they won’t tell you over the phone what they have in stock. Since when is a company not able to call another store for a customer about products ? Ridiculous. I bought one phone from this retailer.... sometimes pay my bill there... generally blase' customer service but today tried to purchase a sim card for a S10 that i purchased from Bosstmobile online and they wanted to charge me to activate the phone.... when I was explicitly told by the online tech to not do that just buy the card and they would activate it for me..... dont get me started on the fiasco with Boost Mobile online ..... They sent me $700 phone without a simcard.... and will not do anything but tell me to go find one.... F^^ck it... 12 years as a customer ... changing to...
