Worst experience ever. Here's the story. I'm in line for the Yeezy. The line is long and I waited 45 mins outside. They only allowed 7-10 people inside the store at a time. I won the Yeezy on my iPad which requires WiFi for internet. So I'm inside the store and I walked up to this black lady who's handling the list. She opened up the Confirmed app which is what I used to win a pair of Yeezy. But my iPad can't reach the Wifi, which is the store next door. So I can't click on the "Voucher" button. So I walked back outside where I can access WiFi and the app made me close the app and relog in. When I was done, I walked back to her and she's finishing up the rest of the people behind me. By the time she was finished, and I was next, the app refresh to the main menu and I have to reclick on the "Voucher" button again. So I told her I have to go back outside. By then another group of people 7 came inside and after I re-access the app to the voucher page, I came up to her and she told me "Get in the back of the line". But I told her if I get in the back of the line again, the app is going to refresh by the time she gets to me and if i go back outside again to relog then another group of people will come in and the cycle will repeat. So I tried to explain my situation and she was rudely cutting me off and won't let me speak at all. Then she tells me to leave it on that page without touching the app but I tried to tell her the app refresh after a min or so. I already waited outside and I let over 15 people skipped me inside the store like she asked me to. I'm not going to keep doing that. She started to raise her voice and had the audacity to say that I was yelling "Oh you need to stop talking.. why are you yelling" which I clearly wasn't. Just because I tried to explain my situation, she referred it as "yelling". Then another employee saw that I needed help, so he decided to help me. But that rude lady told him off. "Oh ignore them, he don't know what he's talking about". So he just laughed it off and left like it's some kind of a joke to them. Unprofessional and extremely rude. This fat black lady that worked there at 2/11/2017 around 11:00 am. No wonder this place has such bad reviews because it seems like they hire random people who show no respect for others. I don't know about the rest of the employee but this fat ass black lady...
Read moreI came to this location to do a return. I originally purchased my item at another location, but for the sake of time, I decided to go here. Now, as a customer, when you want to return an item you make sure you have proper ID, your receipt and your debit/credit card if you didn't pay in cash. I went to the associate whom I thought was the cashier but turned out to be the store manager I believe. I put the item on the counter and had my receipt; I gave it to him. He proceeded to check the bag out which I expect and he came across the tag which was not attached. The tag was placed in the front zipper part by the previous store. He looked at my receipt seen I had purchased other items and asked about the other items that I purchased. I replied yes I purchased other items, but I'm only returning this bag. I guess people do all kinds of things with trying to get over and scamming nonsense. He then stated he cannot take my bag because the tag was "popped off". I explained to him that's how I purchased it. He continued to say well, unfortunately, we can not take this bag and you have to go back to the original store to do a return. Why would anyone go back to where they purchased something when they can do a quick return at a store that is closer. So, I walked away and made some calls because I was not going to be running around to do a return when all stores are connected. After I made some calls and went back to the associate whom I spoke to before I was able to return my item. Now I usually don't go to this location because they don't have much of a selection. If anyone is thinking of coming to this location don't bother you'll be disappointed due to lack of merchandise and the overall professionalism coming from the associates...
Read moreI would rate this experience less than one star if I could. The employees here seem disengaged and uninterested in assisting customers. Despite the store being empty, they showed no willingness to help. When I entered and requested assistance, no one made eye contact or offered help. Even the manager appeared disinterested, merely standing in the corner on her laptop.
I had to approach one of the employees, a tall girl, to request a specific shoe to try on. Despite clearly indicating which shoe I wanted – the white Sambas – she repeatedly asked if it was on the wall. After confirming and pointing out the desired shoes, she brought back the wrong color. Despite my efforts to maintain a friendly demeanor, her response was dismissive, making an awkward face before walking away.
The lack of available assistance throughout the store, especially near the shoe wall, speaks volumes about the level of customer service. It's disappointing to encounter such indifference, especially from a brand like Adidas. There's plenty of room for improvement, and I sincerely hope that Adidas takes steps to address...
