Today I visited your store to shop for jeans for my son. While browsing, I had several shopping bags in my hands and some clothes over my shoulder. I picked up a pair of jeans but realized they werenât the right size, so I set them aside temporarily while adjusting my bags.
An employee named Daniele took the jeans from where I had placed them and, with visible frustration, threw them back onto the pile while sucking her teeth. I asked her, âWhy did you do that? Iâm not done looking for my size.â She appeared upset and stomped off toward the register to speak with the cashier.
I asked another staff member for the manager. The manager, Daniella, promptly came over. I explained the situation and how unprofessional the employeeâs behavior was. I was not finished with the item and had every intention of putting it back properly. The employeeâs actions felt rude and rushed, as though she was irritated that the store was closing soon.
I would like to thank Manager Daniella for handling the situation with care and professionalism. She listened, apologized, and even offered me a discount due to the unpleasant interaction. She also reassured me that the behavior I experienced was not acceptable.

   Read moreI had no original intentions of going to Old Navy but the B38 bus stopped in front of the store n my original destination, Cookies, was about 3 blocks away. So... Old Navy it was. I'm 63, use a cane n have health issues like diabetis n asthma. As soon as I walked in a young man helped me find clothes n sizes for my grandson who is now 12. Because I hadn't bought summer clothes due to Corona virus he was in great need because he didnt fit last summer's clothes. He led me to Michael who helped me further in the store. The female manager let him put the bags up front n provided me with a folding chair when I had to wait on the long corona line. The store had a great selection. I got 20% off my bill for joining. Michael helped me with my 3 packages, pocketbook, and cane out of the store.... I was truly blessed. Without their assistance I would not have had the energy to shop, hold the clothes, and still have energy to take the bus home. The store has a new customer and I'm recommending it to my friends.    Read moreI want to make an exchange and I went to the 1st old navy representative and expressed to her of a certain size Iâve been searching for, I begged and plead to her (which wishing it wasnât necessary) if she could find the size if available in the stockroom, she search to see in her computer and said there were 4 left of the size I want available. I already had a item in hand so I went to put the item back where I found it from the rack, when the second old navy rep went to the same rack as i, the size I wanted wasnât available (which it was not how I expect) but the second representative, name Chris, thankfully was really helpful to me even though I was rushing and fumbling because I knew the store hours was about to come to a close didnât want to cause in wasting their time and energy (again wishing it wasnât necessary) but Chris was kindly patient with me, helped me out a lot.
