Have been coming here for quite some time for quick wig changes. The girls in the back have always assisted me well. This week on 8/22/23 I purchased a wig. This morning on 8/24/23 while attempting to put the wig on it split on the frontal right side. A clean split as if it was defective and poorly made. I returned to the store this afternoon to explain the issue. The first young lady to assist me was understanding. The older woman with short hair in the back who was the woman who suggested this particular wig to me insisted that I had done something to the wig. I am a loyal customer and if I myself had damaged the wig I would not have even brought it to their attention. I would have simply purchased a new one. Her tone was demeaning and insulting. I was not asking for a refund, as I had already put it on my head, Decent consideration and apology and even a discount on a next purchase would have showed excellent customer service. I will never purchase another wig from this store. The store manager was dismissive as well. They refused to accept that a man made product could have been defective. "The reply was you are the first this has happened to" - So does that mean it is not possible? Consumer beware...I am all for shopping continuously at an establishment UNTIL I find the customer appreciation, respect and consideration is negligent. I was told they have to reach out to the manufacturer and to come back tomorrow for a solution - YOU MAY KEEP YOUR SOLUTION - I will not be returning. Read moreHad a very bad experience So when you walk in you have to give your bag at the door. Ok no problem. Did that. So I proceeded to look for the items I was interested in. Didn't find the first one so onto the nxt isle to find the other. While looking at the different types of brushes, I was there for awhile due to no customer service/sales person available to answer my questions and this being the first time I would be using this brush I had no clue how different they were. After a while I observed a male come right nxt to me pretending to 'fix' items on the shelf. I was so astonished at the brazen way he did it. So! Sir! Instead of coming to ask if I need assistance this store's proprietor came to monitor if I was stealing. I started to get upset but then I took couple deep breaths. I grabbed 2 brushes I thought looked good enough for what I needed and turned to get the 3rd item needed. At this point he's standing directly over what I needed. I promise you I stood there and watch this man 'fix' for about 3 minutes and he did not move. I just returned the 2 brushes to their respective hooks and exited the store.
