My dentist of over 15 years referred us to Dr. Bronsky, and we remain very grateful to both of them. From the first day my children and I walked into Dr. Bronsky’s office, we knew we found something incredible. While I don’t often write reviews, after 3 ½ years of having my three children in Dr. Bronsky’s care, I continue to be amazed at the superb and professional service we receive at every single appointment.

Dr. Bronsky and his associates, Dr. Matos and Dr. Pompei, are at the top of their profession and are experts in their field. During consultations, Dr. Bronsky sits with you and communicates the journey of your child’s orthodontic care in language you can understand with ample time for questions. His assistant discusses the process of billing/finances as well as scheduling, and it is a seamless experience from beginning to end. Dr. Bronsky has never been in a rush to put braces on my children’s teeth, but rather keeps track of their growth/progress, and modifies the plan accordingly. My children and I always feel well taken care of during their routine visits. His staff is well-trained and exceptionally kind to us.

I have spent my career in health care, and Dr. Bronsky and his team excel with their customer service and dedication to their patient’s needs and concerns. They have the best bed-side-manner of any professionals I have worked with, and their compassion makes you feel so special. My children are always happy to visit his office and always leave his office smiling. He is truly the best of the best, and we are most thankful for his professionalism and expertise. Both of his offices are immaculate with fabulous prints of classic rock stars and musicians. Words cannot express how amazing my orthodontic experience was with Dr. Equinda and the Bronsky Orthodontics team, and how happy I am with the results. From the moment I contacted Bronsky Orthodontics, they were polite and professional, and leveraged great technology during my consult to clearly and articulately explain my options. I ultimately chose the full Invisalign treatment under the careful watch of Dr. Equinda - she and the staff made every appointment as easy as possible, describing each step along the way, setting realistic expectations (and adjusting as necessary), and answering all of my questions (which were many). Similarly, Dr. Equinda has a wonderful bedside manner, showing kindness and empathy, while also focusing on minor details to ensure the most optimal outcome possible. The end result is a smile I absolutely love and is aesthetically appealing, but also functionally improved through the correction of a cross-bite and a significant reduction in clicking from my jaw which had caused pain in recent years. These results have led colleagues of mine to also seek the services of Dr. Equinda and Dr. Bronsky - the results speak for themselves! Scheduling was never an issue, and my emails/phone calls were always returned in a prompt manner, even during the pandemic lockdown which was quite a precarious time for us all. The staff even went so far as to correspond with my dentist and periodontist as part of my overall cosmetic plan, making my life a lot easier and ensuring all parties were on the same page. I'm writing this as Dr. Bronsky has 459 reviews and a five star rating. That's not an accident.

I've been going to his practice for a bit now and have a bit of feedback:

First, he's incredibly skilled. I have a complicated case, and he's the only ortho to take me in the city (out of the 4 I paid for consults).

Second, he's incredibly detail-oriented but accessibly so. Treatment plans are documented second to none, and he explains exactly what you're getting in as plain a way as you need.

Third, at least in my experience, his practice is willing to work with you to ensure you get the care you need in a way that you can afford, if up front payments, etc., are a concern. The financing offers that I've seen from the practice seem to be financed by the practice, not some agency like CareCredit, which can be a bit predatory.

Lastly - and most importantly - is the human experience in the office. Dr. Bronsky himself is as nice a guy as I've met, and it feels like that's geniuiely how he is. The guy cares.

What makes the difference for me is how he appears to treat his staff. In every interaction I've had when a member of staff is working on me and he comes to check progress, he is the manager I wish I could have: constant feedback and accolades/compliments when due.

I've whispered to a few staff members and they say it's not an act in front of patients. The folks who work there that I've encountered seem to enjoy working there legitimately, and that makes a huge difference in my experience...
