Update: Thanks Russek. I definitely understand where you are coming from. I wish someone would have said something like "we're gonna need a few minutes" or "you can look here in the meantime." At least that would have made me feel like i wasn't being ignored. On the other hand, I do appreciate that someone can be in the middle of a task. I do appreciate also that you took the time to explain this to me. I will update my review to a 3 star. Also, I will come by when it's time for some new windows and try again. I asked the lady in the front about a specific type of door I was looking for. She said "someone will be right with you." After 10 minutes of waiting around, I asked again. I was specifically searching for interior doors tailored to my needs. Unfortunately, Miriam didn't inquire about my budget but instead assumed I couldn't afford the doors I desired after I asked about available options and their prices. Her response was dismissive, stating that the doors I wanted were 'top of the top' and unattainable for less, adding a remark suggesting sourcing them from China as the only alternative. This comment was not only inappropriate but also racist.
