Absolutely terrible ! I ordered a pie half plain half pepperoni it wasn’t even freshly made there were slices they prob had out and threw it in a box to make a pie then i ordered a specific roll sausage pepperoni mozzarella and rigotta cheese i get it it has marinara sauce in it and the dough isn’t even cooked i call the guy won’t fix the order because he says i shoulda said no sauce why would i say no sauce if i told the person exactly what i want in the roll and never mentioned sauce he claims every roll comes with sauce ( which is not true) but be that as it may even if so i ordered a specific roll and told you what i wanted in it why would i have to say no anything when all that should have been put in it to begin with was what i said sausage pepperoni rigotta and mozzarella regardless of all this THE DOUGH ISNT EVEN...

It wasn't, food arrived within a timely manner, however, we got the BBQ chicken pizza and garlic bread.
The garlic bread was hard as a rock and turned to dust upon touch cause it was so crispy...$4.50 wasted. The pizza was also cold, it looked like they just dumped a bottle of bbq sauce on cardboard with some moisture free $1.99 mozzarella from keyfoods and mini chucks of over cooked chicken which dried out in the oven...boom! labeled it pizza...transaction done...And the the crust was just ugh!

Read more9.30pm, my husband and I were in NYC for the 5th day already and none of the comments about bad service and unpoliteness made much sense. But when I called slice of Brooklyn to order a pizza, a man could not understand what I was asking, hung up on me and when I called twice again, he said it was closed. I had friends over and was about to order a whole bunch of food, but the rudeness stood out from any competition in NYC....
