Burlington — Local services in New York

This Burlington is the most ignorant Burlington I have ever walked into. Upon entrance, my son and I had to wait behind a black rope until security allowed us in. I asked what the meaning of this matter was? Their response was there has been an increase in thefts so they are only allowing a few people inside at a time. I allowed that, respectfully, so they can keep track of who is commiting crimes. However, once I entered the building every other item was locked up in a plastic jar and there were cages at the end of every other aisle. So that when you enter aisle you can only exit out the way you came in. Creating a hostile, jail like environment. They can not hold anyone accountable for other people's wrong doings. That is a form of psychological enslavement. This only promotes institutionalization. We need to surround the city with positive influences so people do not have the need or urge to steal. Creating a cage like environment only creates a rapid animal. I am American and a Patriot and what they are doing is against the law it's a form of mental abuse and psychological enslavement. I refuse to shop here. I am not institutionalized, I am not a thief, I am not an animal, I am not a criminal. I refuse to be treated like one directly or subliminally. I’m giving this joint a 3.5 because the lines are longggggg without any fitting rooms MOST of the workers show that they do really HATE there jobs the bathroom smell or sewage smell in there always smacks you in the face from time to time upon entering the store ….but I kid you not they do have some really good GEMS if you really look…I always find some dope items…so now check this out I had two separate receipts for an exchange, in which this tall black guy with a dusty looking hat, which I believe he had locks or braids underneath that thing…really gave me a hard time I didn’t want ANYYY money back. I just wanted it to be on a gift card that I’ll use immediately after this transaction…He had the audacity to tell me he was refunding me the money and that this is how he’s going to do it and he went off on me He wasn’t listening to my request and really got an attitude with me in which I said “you’re actually making this a lot harder than what it is” all he had to say was he’s not trained or doesn’t know how to do this…maybe he was having a bad day but that’s not my fault to take it out on me….so instead I just went to the manager who has a West Indies accent with the short hair and glasses and she helped me out great without any issues. please...

Harrible staff. Abused me, yelling, argue in rude maner. Absolutely disgusting attitude to me only because I timedly asked to serve me. Seller did not do anything. Just chated with African american guy who was probably manger of this branch. And I asked to serve me.. I was in rush. It was so disgusting.. They humiliate me. I think it was racial abuse.. The guy who initiated scandal was african american .. He and till operator Latinos, they are shauted to me so humiliative. I took 5 times shower after this incident... Even that guy who was probably manager of the branch he is african American, harrased me to the exit of the store. He was nearly to beat me.. I told him that I will call to police. And he left me alone..
