Cato's Army & Navy — Local services in New York

5 star service. This was my first experience shopping with this retailer and it could have easily turned into a terrible experience, but quite the contrary. I recently bought 2 pairs of pants. I tried one pair on in the store, they fit great so I bought another color of the exact pants without trying them on. I get home and the pair i didn't try on has a defect - a missing button. Ugh, what a pain. So i immediately return the defective pair. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. They were out of my size and that was the last pair, so they had to order a new pair. They said we'll call you when they come in and I went home. Cato's called me the very next day to let me know they placed the order and that the pants should arrive in 7-10 days. Great! On the 4th day they called again and said the pants arrived. I went to the store and picked them up with no issues. Here's the bottom line. These people called me twice within 4 days to make sure everything was ok. This type of service is rare in NYC. I deeply respect and appreciate their loyalty to their customers and definitely will be shopping at this store more often. Thank you Cato's for being on...

I started working in the area recently and was passing by and the store caught my attention. First time I walked in, I immediately noticed that there were a pair of therogood boots. I had to try them on, I was sold and said I would come back tomorrow for them. Once I got off my shift later I returned to take them home. I couldn't wait lol. There is a world of difference between see a product online through a screen and actually feeling them in person. Im in need of quality work pants and other apparel, and I'll be going back to this spot. I would highly recommend this spot. My fear is now going into this store and walking out with a lighter wallet, but you get apparel that will last...

Honestly best customer service I received I expected to go in there and shop on my own with only 10 minutes on the parking spot I was in and out in 8 because they got me everything I needed ASAP told them what I wanted asked for suggestions and they were AMAZING and SUPER CLEAN everyone had protective wear on and I felt safe making my purchase the best 260 I have dropped for my and my partner. Loved it and will be back for my partners needs...
