Clean Market — Local services in New York

I come to the Brookfield location for infrared treatment all the time. I have 13 check ins on Yelp and I don’t even check in every time.

Today I booked a 45 min session at 2:15. However, five minutes into the session, the sauna shut off. The staff agreed that that was not supposed to happen and that they had never witnessed that before. I spent fifteen minutes waiting outside while multiple staff members tried to fix it. After they fixed it, they reset the timer to 45 minutes and told me to call them if it happened again. Then, towards the end, with ten minutes left, the sauna shut down randomly again. I went to call for help again and then they said that it was because the time was up which it was not. They apologized and added fifteen minutes to the timer, but the sauna was no longer at the correct temperature. As a result I became late to my next obligations because this added an extra half hour to something I had budgeted 45 minutes for. And then most shockingly of all, when I was leaving, the staff had the audacity to tell me that they had to tell me for safety reasons I had been in there too long, when it is a matter of basic math. I had to come out twice for fifteen minutes each, plus the 45 minutes - that's an hour and fifteen minutes.

I told them that I would not be paying for this session and they said that they were charging me...

My dad and I went to Clean Market's newest location inside Brookfield Mall on Saturday and it was such a good experience. This new location is as beautiful as the 54th St one.

We were greeted by the store manager Sam - who eagerly gave us a brief tour of the space and showed us to our rooms for our 60 minute saunas. Sam was extremely thorough in explaining what to expect during the 60 minutes and made sure we were set before leaving us to fully relax in our separate rooms.

The actual sauna experience was super relaxing. CM's sauna rooms are clean - and the actual machine gets super hot. I enjoyed such a relaxing sweat - and had cold water and plenty of towels when I needed a break.

Overall this is one of the best sauna experiences I've had in a while. From the attentive and knowledgable staff to the pristine space - I was extremely happy I came to CM to unwind. I will...

Had such a great experience at Clean Market earlier today. I came in for the Mega Recovery drip after having a really bad reaction to a medication and being super dehydrated. Urgent care told me I wasn’t that dehydrated and didn’t give me IV fluids, which was honestly so frustrating, but Peter truly came through. He was kind, attentive, and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and cared for. I felt so much better after the drip and it made a huge difference. The nicest human.

Also want to shout out the entire staff. They’re always so polite and professional. You can tell they care and I see it every time I go in. Highly recommend Clean Market if you want care that actually makes you feel better and listened to.
