I went to commune for a Cezzane keratin treatment eight weeks ago. It is the third time I had the treatment done at the Salone, with Kaori. I called the salon today to explain that the treatment is not staying as well as the others done prior to my appointment in February. My hair is drying with a lot of frizz and it looks like the treatment is completely out of my hair. When I called the salon the manager told me that I could come back for an “adjustment” but I would be unable to return to the salon again. I than got a call back from the salon and spoke with the stylist, Kaori, who told me the same thing. There is no reason why I should be unable to return to the salon. Asking for an adjustment is not a reason to refuse to service a client for an inexplicable reason.
I have been to the salon multiple times and never had an issue. Calling once with one issue and asking for it to be fixed is not an unrealistic ask.
Please treat your loyal customers better. I have referred many clients to your establishment and I think it is time we find...

Like a lot of people, I've avoided going into a salon and so when I do choose to go in one, I do my best to make sure they are adhering to the latest safety protocol and guidance. I really appreciated everything this salon did to ensure my and their safety.
My shampoo was thorough and Taka & I had a great chat about my time in Japan and his time in New York. My haircut had me go from quite a long hairstyle to a short chin-length bob, so I could donate my hair to Children With Hair Loss (an organization that makes kids wigs). Taka cut 8+ inches off and my new style was precise and I was quite happy with it! I got lots of compliments and I still am so happy with my haircut. I would recommend...
   Read moreI was very dissatisfied with the service. I went in for a haircut. The stylist cut it way too short which is a very rookie mistake. A good stylist won't start by cutting your hair too short. He also went too high on the neck which always looks ridiculous. He cut it so short that there is no room to fix anything so I'll just have to wait until my hair grows back. He also didnt even offer water. I couldn't understand anything he said. Very hard to communicate in English.
They put signs everywhere saying "no refunds". At first, i thought it was maybe a Japanese thing. But now I realize they probably have many unhappy customers. For such a high price, you will find much better...
