0/5 Avoid at all cost. Rude staff and ridiculous policy. Was charged $5 for being there for entering. They claim I was there for “5 minutes” and proceeds to charge me even though they clearly knew I was instructed to come in thinking my parking reservation was at this lot. Very rude and unprofessional staff.. You can be the sweetest the most humble person and when you come here don’t expect a smile . It seems that drugs and alcohol affect their ability to act like a dissent human being .. I guess this is what you get when the government and failed city agencies are in charge. This garage doesn’t even have a heater no soap in the bathroom . No toilet paper .DOT doses not care NYC doesn’t give a damn....
