A gut-wrenching betrayal, an agonizing letdown—this was the horror I endured with their classic bait and switch. I placed my trust in Daniela’s Flower Shop, thinking I was ordering from a reputable source, only to be met with the cruelest deception. I was told that my order would be handled by 212 Floral, as if it was a mere afterthought, all because of their “proximity.” What arrived at my fiancée’s workplace was a mockery—a meager 11 red roses instead of the 18 red roses I paid for. But that wasn’t all. The eucalyptus I had paid for, the special touch that would have made the bouquet perfect, was missing. And worst of all? The heartfelt card, the one I had so carefully selected to make this Valentine’s Day unforgettable, was nowhere to be found. But the real nightmare began when they refused to refund me, denied any sort of discount, and in the cruelest twist, they threatened to come and take back the roses I had sent to my fiancée at her job—in front of all her coworkers—on the very day meant to celebrate our love. As if this wasn’t enough, they had the audacity to contact my fiancée multiple times, shattering the surprise I had so meticulously planned. How could they destroy such a meaningful moment? These people, Daniela’s Flower Shop and its affiliate, 212 Floral, are nothing but scammers, exploiting people’s emotions, robbing us not just of our money, but of the joy and memories we hold dear. They stole my surprise, crushed my plans, and left me with nothing but regret. P.S Purchase from this place at your own risk. Please disregard any reply from the owner because all they had to do was refund me my money or discount me for the flowers I actually received. They refused to do both, and now they were...
Read moreI used to really love going here but lately iv been disappointed and avoiding this flower shop. Firstly, when buying flowers in person the paper used to wrap the flowers are always the most horrendous colors. Bright green or bright orange or bright red Iv been to sooo many other flower shops where the paper used is neutral (newspaper, brown paper, white, light pinks) or compliments a wide assortment of colors. But recently the last two bouquets iv ordered have been wrapped in such loud paper that it ruins the aesthetic of the flowers and clashes completely with my bouquet. (Purchased blue roses the paper was bright red 😖, purchased pink flowers the paper was bright lime green) Secondly, the guy in the store always sighs or acts as if we are a bother when requesting personalized flowers. Sir if you don’t want to be at work, don’t, but don’t ruin this experience for me. Third, I get out of work pretty late so I usually am in the neighborhood 30 mins prior to closing and on 2 separate occasions the store has been closed…30 mins prior to closing… what are store hours for? I love flower shopping and I used to love Daniella’s but lately it’s leaving much...
Read moreThe professionalism, artistry in floral design, and the personalized attention to detail is GREATLY appreciated! The initiative taken to call the client to confirm any adjustments to existing orders testifies that this florist shop really optimizes customer service. In addition, the quality and freshness of the flowers is awesome! If you take care of them well, arrangements can last close to 2 to 3 weeks! Folks, there's a reason why florists provide the nutrient packets! I also ordered 15 boutonnieres in the last minute for next day event and florist graciously accommodated request. Order was expedited and ready by 9am! I have never been disappointed. If anything, arrangements have become conversation starters! I have made many people jealous of my mom at her job when I would send her beautiful arrangements through the services of this florist shop. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, ready and willing to provide their services if given the opportunity. Thank you always for the beautiful awesome floral arrangement coordinated for my mom's...
